Veteran Digital Marketing Executive, Zachary Krassin joined MassMedia from L’Oreal where he developed, launched, and managed intricate promotional strategies for the website, social channels, blog channels, paid media and advertising efforts for Matrix, a haircare division of the beauty conglomerate. Zak’s continued success in delivering on integrated digital marketing roadmaps and strategies that increased revenue and heightened customer engagement across a variety of business sectors led him to Las Vegas, Nevada.

In his role as Digital Marketing Director for MassMedia, Zak leads all digital marketing efforts on behalf of the agency. His proven ability to marry data and storytelling enables him to craft holistic digital strategies that propel results-driven campaigns and ultimately drive qualified leads, conversion and business growth for a wide range of clients. Zak’s unique blend of creative intelligence and analytical analysis helps to ensure MassMedia’s clients sustain profitable exposure and growth within a competitive landscape.

For more than five years, Zak has built and implemented targeted campaigns for multiple clients at Massmedia, including One Nevada Credit Union, Healthcare Partners of Nevada and Southwest Gas. Utilizing truly integrated tactics and an innate understanding of market trends and business needs, Zak is adept at creating effective digital marketing and advertising campaigns that meet and often exceed client expectations.

For five years, Zak was instrumental in the strategy development and execution of the digital component for HealthCare Partner’s Annual Enrollment Period (AEP) campaign. As a result of Zak’s efforts, the brand serving Southern Nevada saw a 300+% lift in web traffic, resulting in Medicare Advantage membership growth year over year. As the lead digital strategist for Southwest Gas SAFETY buy, which highlighted public service announcements such as “Call 811 Before You Dig” and “Recognize and Respond to Potential Gas Leaks,” Zak helped to ensure the campaign’s performance consistently surpassed all KPIs, saw heightened engagement, and ultimately led to a dramatic increase in web traffic with 90% of new web page sessions driven by his efforts. Within the first month of a digital campaign for One Nevada Credit Union led by Zak and his team, the bank saw 100+% lift in web traffic with quality sessions based on page analytical data, as well as a spike in website conversions – online loan applications.

In 2016, Zak received the Best Email Program Award from Las Vegas Innovation Marketing Association (LVIMA) for his work on Support Las Vegas Dome. In 2017, he was the recipient of two Pinnacle Awards, one for Social Media on behalf of his work on Support Las Vegas Dome and the other for his work on HealthCare Partner’s website.

Zak is certified in Google AdWords and Centro Certified in Basis, a Demand-Side platform. He graduated from Hamilton College in New York with a Bachelor of Arts in English and Music.
