Media/Traffic Coordinator The Media/Traffic Coordinator is responsible for providing ongoing support to the media and creative departments. They will maintain advertising production requirements, schedule and expedite jobs, maintain quality and excellent client service standards.
Responsibilities and Expectations:
- Maintain monthly media authorizations for all clients
- Update media schedules
- Execute and coordinate insertion orders
- Fulfill added value opportunities
- Confirm billing on a monthly basis
- Review media invoices
- Conduct new business research
- Compile tearsheets and end of month reports
- Update media files/library on a regular basis
- Established job deadlines
- Liaison between the media, client services and creative departments
- Monitors job progress
- Maintains quality results by establishing, following and enforcing standards
- Ensure all materials are submitted, designed and proofread
- Meets work standards by following production, productivity, quality standards, resolving operational problems, identifying work process improvements
Education and requirements:
- Bachelors degree with 3-5 years of project management and/or trafficking experience
- Ability to meet aggressive deadlines and provide quick turnaround
- Works well under pressure

The Production Artist will work closely
with the Creative Director, Art Director and designers to complete client
deliverables for both electronic and print applications. Keen attention to
detail is required for tracking changes and to ensure the accuracy and
esthetics of the submissions. They will be responsible for maintaining the
associated files and libraries, editing InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
files.
Previous
agency experience is helpful.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Use Adobe Creative Suite 5: InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator
to execute given assignments
- Ability to resize ads proportionately
and maintain integrity of original ad
- Use efficient and effective techniques
for producing logos, stationery systems, guidelines, brand books, print
communications, etc
- Create appropriate PDF documents for
both client and internal teams
- Scan and manipulate/re-touch images for
use in design presentations and templates
- Conduct mounting and comping of pieces
for design presentations
- Help team initiative of archiving,
backing-up and organizing files
- Use technical expertise to determine
how a design file needs to be constructed for “real world” scenarios
- Support specialty group's Managers and
Directors with various brand projects
- Communicate perceived difficulty in
project processes prior to final delivery
- Finds inventive solutions to problems

Freelance Art Director
An Art Director (AD) is the person responsible for
designing ads, websites, outdoor media and brochures for an advertising
agency
on behalf of its clients. The AD creates and then maintains the visual look for
all the work on an account, making sure the
clients marketing materials are
visually engaging and the selling message is clear. In a world increasingly
driven by computer and
mobile phone screens, the visual component of marketing
has become even more important, elevating an ADs importance. A good
art
director translates marketing strategy into a visual language that speaks to
the target audience and expresses the brand equity.
In many instances, an ad agency will pair an art
director with a copywriter to generate initial campaign concepts, ad ideas and
