MEET ROBIN STYLES...
Robin Styles, senior community manager for Terra West Property Management, is a firm believer in giving back. Not only to her clients to whom she strives to deliver the best customer service every day, but also to her community.

The Southern California native has always instilled in her five children and 11 grandchildren the importance of helping those less fortunate. From volunteering in a Los Angeles soup kitchen years ago with her youngest daughter, to today where she is a member of the CAI Nevada Community Outreach Committee to helping local in-need students, her mission continues.

Professionally, Styles goes above and beyond in providing her clients great customer service based on the golden rule of treating others how you expect to be treated. Working with people has been the centerpiece of every job Styles has ever had. Over the years, she has held several positions, including senior operations officer, loan officer, customer relations officer and assistant vice president.

In fact, it was Styles' firm belief in customer service that led her supervisor to challenge her to develop a Customer Relations Department for a bank where she worked. Styles developed and taught seminars to branch staff and corporate management on providing the best customer service to their customers and clients.

Robin got her start in community management 10 years ago at Lake Las Vegas Resort, where she managed operations for the master-planned community. It was only natural when she found herself looking for work after being a stay-at-home mother that she jumped right back into customer relations and community management. Her boss suggested then she had a bright future in the industry. She has been with Terra West Property Management since 2005.

As a community manager, Styles acts on behalf of homeowners' association boards at their direction, keeps boards informed of laws and ensures their adherence to governing documents, gets bids for facility repairs, and handles violations and community complaints.
