One Queensridge Place

During the height of the "condo development boom" in Las Vegas, Executive Home Builders (EHB) and Peccole Nevada Corporation (PNC),
two of the valley's prominent developers, obtained building and zoning approvals and began development of One Queensridge Place
(OQRP), a custom built condominium community in suburban Las Vegas.
